Meet Maddy Lee, a 15-year-old student at Lamar High School, where she is enrolled in the culinary program. Maddy, who is on the Autism Spectrum, created BobaCatHTX to show that people with autism can do anything. With the help of her uncle, Chef Gabe Medina, Maddy developed a collection of boba drinks that blend creativity and cultural roots. Each drink is inspired by her Filipino and Chinese heritage, offering a unique and flavorful experience.

When she's not crafting new drinks, Maddy enjoys playing the piano and guitar, drawing, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her beloved cat, Lenny. BobaCatHTX isn’t just a drink – it’s a testament to Maddy’s passion, creativity, and determination.
